ƒ is the small letter f with a hook at the bottom, encoded as U+0192 in the Latin Extended-B block. It is widely known as the florin sign, once used for the Dutch guilder currency, and it also serves as a letter in the Ewe alphabet and as a function symbol in mathematics. - In Microsoft Word, type the hexadecimal code point — 0192 for ƒ.
