Latin Small Letter P with Hook · U+01A5
ƥ is the lowercase p with hook, a letter at code point U+01A5 in the Latin Extended-B block. The hook turns it into a distinct letter rather than an accented p, and it is used in the alphabets of some African languages, including Serer in Senegal. Its capital form is Ƥ (U+01A4).
