ȃ is the letter a with an inverted breve, a small arch curving the opposite way from a breve. Dictionaries of Slovenian and Croatian use it to mark a long falling accent on the vowel. Its code point is U+0203 in the Latin Extended-B block, and its capital form is Ȃ.
