ň is the small letter n with a caron, the small v-shaped mark above it, encoded as U+0148 in the Latin Extended-A block. It belongs to the Czech and Slovak alphabets, where it marks a soft, palatal n, as in the Czech word kůň (horse). Its capital counterpart is Ň.
