Ⱥ is the capital letter A with a short horizontal stroke through it. It is a precomposed character — a single code point, U+023A, in the Latin Extended-B block — of the kind used in specialist phonetic, transliteration and linguistic notation. Its lowercase form is ⱥ. - In Microsoft Word, type the hexadecimal code point — 023A for Ⱥ.
