ƫ is the small letter t with a palatal hook. It was used in the International Phonetic Alphabet until 1989 to mark a palatalized t, a role now written with a superscript j. Unicode encodes it as the precomposed character U+01AB in the Latin Extended-B block, and it has no capital form.
