Latin Small Letter T with Dot Above · U+1E6B

ṫ is the small letter t with a dot above it. In traditional Irish spelling the dot marks lenition, a softening of the consonant, where modern Irish writes th instead. Unicode encodes it as the precomposed character U+1E6B in the Latin Extended Additional block, and its capital form is Ṫ (U+1E6A). Click the tile to copy ṫ, then paste it anywhere with Ctrl+V (Windows), Cmd+V (Mac) or a long-press → Paste on a phone.
