ȟ is the lowercase h with a caron, the small wedge-shaped mark also called a háček, resting above it. It belongs to the Latin Extended-B block at U+021F and is a precomposed character — one code point rather than an h plus a combining mark. Its uppercase counterpart is Ȟ (U+021E).
