Latin Small Letter Z with Hook · U+0225
ȥ is the lowercase z with a small hook dangling below the letter. Scholars devised it for the transcription of Middle High German, where it marks a particular s-like value of the letter z. It is a precomposed character — a single code point, U+0225, in the Latin Extended-B block — and its capital partner is Ȥ.
