Latin Capital Letter A with Breve and Acute · U+1EAE

Ắ is the capital letter Ă with an acute accent over its breve. In Vietnamese Ă is a vowel letter of its own, and the acute accent adds the sắc (rising) tone to it. Its code point is U+1EAE in the Latin Extended Additional block, and its lowercase form is ắ.
