Ậ is the capital letter Â with a dot below under its circumflex. In Vietnamese Â is a vowel letter of its own, and the dot below adds the nặng (low, heavy) tone to it. Its code point is U+1EAC in the Latin Extended Additional block, and its lowercase form is ậ.
