Ầ is the capital letter Â with a grave accent stacked on its circumflex. In Vietnamese Â is a vowel letter of its own, and the grave accent adds the huyền (falling) tone to it. Its code point is U+1EA6 in the Latin Extended Additional block, and its lowercase form is ầ.
