Ģ is the capital G with a cedilla, the little hook attached beneath it. It is a letter of the Latvian alphabet, where it marks a soft, palatal G sound that plain G does not have. It is one precomposed character with the code point U+0122, and its lowercase form is ģ. - In Microsoft Word, type the hexadecimal code point — 0122 for Ģ.
