Ļ is the capital L with a cedilla, the small hook attached beneath the letter. It belongs to the Latvian alphabet, where it marks a soft, palatalized l sound. It is a precomposed character with the code point U+013B in the Latin Extended-A block. Its lowercase form is ļ. Windows
- In Microsoft Word, type the hexadecimal code point — 013B for Ļ.
