Latin Small Letter L with Cedilla · U+013C
ļ is the lowercase l with a cedilla, the small hook attached beneath the letter. It belongs to the Latvian alphabet, where it marks a soft, palatalized l sound. Windows
- In Microsoft Word, type the hexadecimal code point — 013C for ļ.
- Press Alt+X: the code converts into the character in place.
