Ř is the capital letter R with a caron, the small wedge above it. It belongs to the Latin Extended-A block at code point U+0158, and its lowercase form is ř (U+0159). Czech uses it for a rolled r sound that is famously hard for learners, as in the composer Dvořák; Slovak has it too.
