ř is the lowercase letter r with a caron, the small wedge above it. It belongs to the Latin Extended-A block at code point U+0159, and its capital form is Ř (U+0158). Czech uses it for a rolled r sound that is famously hard for learners, as in the composer Dvořák; Slovak has it too.
