Ŕ is the capital letter R with an acute accent. It belongs to the Latin Extended-A block at code point U+0154, and its lowercase form is ŕ (U+0155). Slovak uses it as a long syllabic r — the r itself acts as the vowel of its syllable, as in the word vŕba, "willow".
