ȑ is the lowercase letter r with a double grave accent, two small falling marks above it. It is part of the Latin Extended-B block at code point U+0211, and its capital form is Ȑ (U+0210). Dictionaries and linguistic works use it to show a short falling tone on a syllabic r, notably in tone-marked Serbo-Croatian.
