Latin Small Letter Z with Line Below · U+1E95
ẕ is the lowercase z with a line below, a small horizontal bar under the letter. Its main role is in scholarly transliteration of Semitic languages into the Latin alphabet. It is a precomposed character at U+1E95 in the Latin Extended Additional block, with capital form Ẕ.
