Ĵ is the capital J with a circumflex accent. It is part of the Esperanto alphabet, where the circumflex marks a distinct consonant sound, the one heard in the middle of the English word measure. The letter is a precomposed character at code point U+0134 in the Latin Extended-A block, and its lowercase counterpart is ĵ (U+0135).
