ĵ is the lowercase j with a circumflex accent. It is part of the Esperanto alphabet, where it stands for the sound heard in the middle of the English word measure. The letter is a precomposed character at code point U+0135 in the Latin Extended-A block, and its capital counterpart is Ĵ (U+0134). - In Microsoft Word, type the hexadecimal code point — 0135 for ĵ.
