Latin Small Letter R with Tail · U+027D
ɽ is the lowercase letter r with a tail curving to the right under its stem, encoded at U+027D in the IPA Extensions block. In the International Phonetic Alphabet it stands for the voiced retroflex flap, a quick tapped sound made with the tongue curled back. Its capital form is Ɽ (U+2C64).
