Ḫ is the capital H with a breve, a small curved mark, placed below the letter. It is used in scholarly transliteration of Semitic languages, where it stands for a consonant distinct from a plain H. It is encoded at U+1E2A in the Latin Extended Additional block as a single precomposed character, with ḫ (U+1E2B) as its lowercase form.
