Latin Capital Letter R with Tail · U+2C64
Ɽ is the capital letter R with a tail curving to the right under its stem, encoded at U+2C64 in the Latin Extended-C block. It is the uppercase form of ɽ (U+027D), the International Phonetic Alphabet symbol for the voiced retroflex flap, a quick tapped sound made with the tongue curled back.
