Ǟ is the capital letter A with a diaeresis and a macron stacked above it, the uppercase form of ǟ. The stacked marks signal a long Ä-like vowel, and the letter appears in Livonian and in Uralicist phonetic notation for transcribing Uralic languages. Its code point is U+01DE in the Latin Extended-B block, and its lowercase form is ǟ.
