Ŭ is the capital U with a breve. It is part of the Esperanto alphabet, where it works as a u-like semivowel closing a diphthong, as in aŭ. It is a precomposed character in the Latin Extended-A block at U+016C, and its lowercase form is ŭ (U+016D).
