Ɔ is the capital open O, the uppercase form of ɔ (U+0254). It serves as a regular letter in the alphabets of several West African languages, including Akan, Ewe and Bambara, where it represents the open-mid back rounded vowel that the International Phonetic Alphabet writes as ɔ.
