Latin Small Letter O with Horn · U+01A1
ơ is the lowercase o with a horn, the small hook curving off its upper right side. It is a distinct vowel of the Vietnamese alphabet, and Vietnamese tone marks stack on top of it to form characters like ớ and ợ. The horn also appears on the Vietnamese vowel ư.
