Latin Small Letter O with Horn and Acute · U+1EDB

ớ is the Vietnamese vowel ơ carrying the sắc (rising) tone, written as an acute mark beside the horn. Vietnamese writes its six tones as diacritics on vowels, and ơ takes its tone marks above the letter, next to the horn. It is a single precomposed character in the Latin Extended Additional block.
