ờ is the Vietnamese vowel ơ carrying the huyền (falling) tone, written as a grave mark beside the horn. Vietnamese writes its six tones as diacritics on vowels, and ơ takes its tone marks above the letter, next to the horn. It is a single precomposed character in the Latin Extended Additional block.
