Latin Capital Letter E with Circumflex and Tilde · U+1EC4

Ễ is the capital form of the Vietnamese vowel ê with a tilde, which marks the ngã tone — one of the six tones Vietnamese writes as diacritics on vowels. It is a precomposed character at U+1EC4 in Latin Extended Additional, and its small form is ễ (U+1EC5).
