Ờ is the Vietnamese vowel Ơ carrying the huyền (falling) tone, written as a grave mark beside the horn, and the uppercase form of ờ (U+1EDD). Vietnamese writes its six tones as diacritics on vowels, with the tone mark above the letter next to the horn. It is a single precomposed character in the Latin Extended Additional block.
