Latin Small Letter O with Ogonek · U+01EB
ǫ is the lowercase o with an ogonek, the small tail curving under the letter's right side. It is encoded at U+01EB in the Latin Extended-A block, and its capital form is Ǫ (U+01EA). The letter appears in Sami languages and in Iroquoian orthographies, and in Old Icelandic it marked a nasal vowel.
