Ồ is the Vietnamese vowel Ô carrying the huyền (falling) tone, written as a grave mark above the circumflex, and the uppercase form of ồ (U+1ED3). Vietnamese writes its six tones as diacritics on vowels, stacking the tone mark over the vowel's own accent. It is a single precomposed character in the Latin Extended Additional block.
