o circumflex grave

Latin Small Letter O with Circumflex and Grave · U+1ED3

ồ is the Vietnamese vowel ô carrying the huyền (falling) tone, written as a grave mark above the circumflex. Vietnamese writes its six tones as diacritics on vowels, stacking the tone mark over the vowel's own accent as here. It is a single precomposed character in the Latin Extended Additional block. Its capital form is Ồ (U+1ED2). Click the tile to copy ồ, then paste it anywhere with Ctrl+V (Windows), Cmd+V (Mac) or a long-press → Paste on a phone.
