Latin Capital Letter O with Circumflex and Tilde · U+1ED6

Ỗ is the Vietnamese vowel Ô carrying the ngã (glottalized rising) tone, written as a tilde above the circumflex, and the uppercase form of ỗ (U+1ED7). Vietnamese writes its six tones as diacritics on vowels, stacking the tone mark over the vowel's own accent. It is a single precomposed character in the Latin Extended Additional block.
